Stuart Lein has over 30 years experience in providing effective, quality, legal representation in the areas of Personal Injury Law and Criminal Law. He is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta in 1973 and was called to the British Columbia bar later that same year. Early in his career, he gained extensive experience as a criminal law practitioner both as a Crown Prosecutor for the Ministry of the Attorney General and then as a Defense Counsel representing Clients on various criminal charges ranging from minor to most serious. He has appeared at all court levels in British Columbia and travels throughout the province to represent his Clients.
His other area of practice is Personal Injury law. He represents individuals throughout British Columbia who are seeking compensation for serious injury due to the negligent or wrongful acts of others. The majority of claims are those resulting from motor vehicle accidents. He only represents innocent victims and not insurance companies like the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC).
